Challenge

The Suitcase Clinic's website lacked clarity and accessibility, making it challenging for those in need to quickly find services and for volunteers to efficiently sign up. The lack of intuitive navigation and mobile optimization created barriers for users seeking services or looking to get involved.

Results

The redesign improves accessibility with a streamlined, intuitive layout, ensuring that services are easy to locate. The new design creates a welcoming and inclusive digital space, making it easier for clients to find help and for volunteers to get involved. Enhanced storytelling and visual elements better convey the clinic’s impact, fostering deeper community engagement.

"The redesign makes Suitcase’s resources more accessible and engaging, strengthening our impact on the community. It’s an incredible step toward expanding our reach and support."
