Context
Timewith came to life when @imothee was trying to manage his consulting and coaching appointments and found that existing scheduling apps were too complicated and expensive, without core quality of life features and constant upsells and nagging. Timothy came to me with a request to create a design system and redesign the application from an unfinished previous draft.
Results
Created comprehensive dark/light mode design tokens, 20 high-fidelity screens, and schedule creation/meeting booking flow. This is still a work in progress!

Considerations
Client wanted to use shad.cn, an open source component library to save on engineering overhead in creating completely new components.
Client prioritized engineering bandwidth. For example, rather than the usual design convention used for forms, it was preferred to keep everything on one screen so multiple backend validations were not required.
